*Hourly Research – Services billed upon completion of project. The maximum hours of research will be pre-determined by the client at time of contract. Partial hours will be rounded down to the nearest half-hour. All research findings will be provided in digital format for no additional charge. The research log will be provided upon completion.
Contract Cancellation/Refund Policy – If project is cancelled prior to completion, only the research hours logged will be charged. If research has not begun, there will be no charge. The research log will be provided at time of cancellation.
