During this time you will regularly receive updates on how the research is going to ensure completion in the estimated timeframe.

How soon will I receive a response after requesting an estimate?
You will receive a response via email within 48 hours of submitting a request. At that time you will be provided an estimate or asked for further clarification if needed in order to complete the estimate.
What information will I need to provide?
You will be sent a brief form to complete with a list of the information needed. This generally will be basic information about your most recent ancestors (possibly still living, if you wish to include them) in order to establish a starting point for research. Specific information needed will vary case-to-case.
How long will it take to complete my project?
The timeframe of completion will vary case-to-case. A smaller research inquiry may be completed within days, whereas a large project, like a complete family tree, may take several weeks. We will be very transparent and upfront about expectations in regards to time of completion, as well as providing updates along the way. An estimated time of completion will be provided with your initial project estimate.
Can you guarantee breaking through my “brick wall”?
Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee success due to limitations based on record availability. In some cases, the records are destroyed or may not have existed to begin with. However it is guaranteed that our best efforts will be put forth in solving the case, as if it was our own to solve!
