What to Expect
Introductory Consultation
Once you submit the above form, I will reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and match the best service to meet them. We will also discuss the expected time frame to complete the work. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have!
Receive Estimate/Invoice & Contract
After determining the best way forward to meet your goals, I will provide an estimate for the work to be completed. Some services will be charged up-front; this will be discussed in the introductory call. You will also receive a contract with all the information you will need.
Research
Anchors aweigh! I will begin conducting research after the contract is signed and any up-front costs are collected. I will remain in contact throughout the research and may reach out with any questions that might assist. Certainly if you have any questions you can reach out any time!
Final Report
At the conclusion you will receive an email notification that the research is completed and the reports are being generated. Once complete you will receive an electronic version of all reports and a physical copy will be shipped (depending on the service ordered this may be an extra cost). We can set up a call if you would like to discuss the contents of the reports and address any questions you may have.
